    Amazon recently announced Project Zero, an initiative that will help Brand Registered sellers defend themselves against the ever increasing number of Hijackers that plague their platform.

    Sure, we respect the philosophy behind the First Sale Doctrine whereby you can sell a product you purchase as new if you so wish. But, to run a commercial enterprise buying knock-off products and selling them with someone else’s Trademarked Brand…I don’t think so!

    All things take time with Amazon and this new program is quite scary in a way. Once you have been admitted to the program and completed the required training, you are able with virtually one click to stop anyone hijacking your brand in an instant.

    No more filing time-consuming appeals through Brand Registry that half the time go round and round in circles. You will be able to identify a Hijacker, complete the form and one click later that Hijacker’s account will be suspended.

    We understand there is a very thorough vetting process for anyone to be admitted to the program. After all, the power to literally close another seller’s account will be in your hands. You will need to be very careful as if used incorrectly, expect your own account to be suspended and unlikely to be reinstated.
