• Amazon Account Health Update

Amazon Account Health is an increasingly critical area to monitor in your Amazon business. There are often trends that start to show in this data which are the slippery slope to an account suspension.

So, any advance Amazon makes in this area deserves your absolute attention! They will begin rolling out some changes to your Account Health page over the coming months.

Please note: You need to be logged in to your Seller Central account for these links to work. Follow this link to your Account Health page.

Your Account Health Rating (AHR) will be displayed as a point value based on a scale of 0-1,000 (in addition to the color that exists today ), enabling you to see how close you are to the various thresholds that move your AHR from green (Healthy) to yellow (At Risk) to red (Unhealthy, where your account is at risk of deactivation).

The Account Health page will also display the degree to which any violations impact your account health, allowing you to prioritize addressing those that are most negatively affecting it. Note that the AHR does not change Amazon’s existing policies, but rather aggregates violations of certain Amazon policies into a single score that shows your overall account health status.

As a result of these new features, they have created a new AHR Program Policy. To learn more about the AHR, go to Account Health: FAQ 27.

If you have suggestions about how Amazon might improve the AHR, you are welcome to share them via the Account Health category in the Seller forums

For those of you selling on Walmart, expect this kind of data to roll out from them as well over the coming months!

As always, ask us anything. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll know someone who does!
